A DNC highlight that amped me up was… the Hotties for Harris Party. Like, I’m sorry but the JD Vance section with the COUCH??? Iconic. The Hall of Hotties versus the Wall of Weirdos?? Excellent, 10s across the board. Also, love that this event was one of the MANY Sam included in the Keeping It Currant newsletter for creators. -Maddie

The DNC week reminded me of… a mega-sized pep rally meets a pageant meets the first week of college with all of the parties. -Maddie

My favorite DNC speaker was… all of them? Okay, not really, but seriously tough choice. Tim aka Coach Walz absolutely delivered, and his family’s reactions had me in TEARS. Protect Gus at all costs, what a GEM. That is what we call a family with family values, people!! -Maddie

Outside of the DNC, something I can’t stop talking about is… Dr. Lincoln wrote a book called “Let’s Talk About Down There” and it’s giving updated version of that American Girl Doll book we all had growing up. -Maddie

A story that I think needs more eyes… is where Trump is doing his rallies. It’s not just a swing state tour it appears, it’s this…take from it what you will… -Maddie

A DNC highlight that amped me up was… when Congressman Maxwell Frost spoke – okay, and also Congressman Andy Kim… which speaking of NJ, Governor Murphy creating this viral audio for Jersey people was and is gold, and might just make it into #VIRAL, The Newsletter. -Sammy

The DNC week reminded me of… summer camp. LITERALLY. From the bracelets to the singing to the coordinated outfits. The whole shebang. -Sammy

Outside of the DNC, something I can’t stop talking about is… Forward Space, which is the newest workout studio I’m obsessed with because it’s literally like dancing on a night out with your friends. Also, it proves my point that going out IS a workout. -Sammy

A story that I think needs more eyes… how RFK Jr. and his weird bear and brain worm antics are likely going to move into the realm of team Trump – which tbh, feels like the voters he was trying to get anyways? He really would only further emphasize how the weirdos label is SO them. -Sammy
